The luxury amenities provided here were exceptional, from the private facilities to the restaurant offerings. the service from the staff was impeccable, always ensuring our needs were met promptly and efficiently.
The slight downside was the lack of English proficiency among the staff, making communication a bit challenging at times. this was easily solved with the use of a translation app.

Had a fantastic weekend at this hotel! the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to lots of shops and restaurants. the cozy and spacious rooms were the best part. the bed was super comfortable and the room was very clean with modern decor. the breakfast offered a variety of both Western and Chinese options, perfect for different tastes.
That there was a language barrier with some of the staff who didn't speak English well. they were all very polite and willing to help in any way they could.
